2012 Milano
At the Salone del Mobile, the Creative Project Foundation presented a new and extended edition of the Young Creative Poland exhibition. It showcased the best designers working across various creative fields including furniture design, product and graphic design, fashion, animation, architecture, engineering, ceramics and street art. Featuring contemporary design pieces, the exhibition was the first large-scale presentation of Polish design in Italy. It was also a historical link and a tribute to Oskar Hansen, the visionary creator, architect and pedagogue who curated a presentation of Polish design at the same place 50 years ago.

REVIEWS
Young Creative Poland group exhibition prepared by Miśka Miller-Lovegrove, Monika Unger and Anna Pietrzyk-Simone proves that Poland today is one of the most promising scenes of emerging design in Europe.
— Michela Proietti, Corriere della Sera, April 2010
The young Polish designers showing at the Milan Triennale during the Furniture Fair brought with them the positive energy of a nation undergoing transformation. The works on show were honest, lively, positive and willing, consisting of self-productions, experiments, imaginary projections and subtly controversial or open projects that seek to involve other people. (…) Although a heartfelt, passionate and generous tribute to [Miller-Lovegrove’s] native country, this exhibition is not so much about underlining a sense of national belonging as about supporting these young talents at a time when they have an extraordinary chance to play a hand in their country’s current transformations.
— Francesca Picchi, Domus, May 2010
Nowadays Poland is a vibrant scene, proven by [its receipt of] the Golden Lion award for the Best National Pavilion during the last Venice Architecture Biennale. The confirmation arrived in Milan with Young Creative Poland after the success of London Design Festival. The exhibition showcases the work of the best Polish young designers who manage to distinguish themselves on the international scene.
